I grew up in the Midwest and come from a family of immigrant small business owners (I was the first one in my family to graduate high school, or go to college). Growing up in a family of small business owners, I’ve always had the utmost respect and admiration for the entrepreneurs, who through building their businesses become pillars of their local communities. I passionately believe that these small business owners are the lifeblood of America. The name Ternopil is actually a nod to the area of Poland/Ukraine where my dad was born, and where my family owned their first business before eventually coming to America: raising chickens and selling their eggs. Before Ternopil Group, I was a financial investor & operator with experience across a variety of industries. I held leadership roles at both startups and Fortune 500 companies where I built new business lines, acquired $300M+ of businesses in the U.S. and internationally, built & led sales teams, managed significant marketing campaigns, and helped raise $300M from institutional investors.
